Anadolu Isuzu is one of the leading medium-sized bus and coach manufacturing companies in Europe. The major shareholders are the Anadolu Group from Turkey, Isuzu Motors Limited, and Itochu Corporation from Japan.

Responsibilities:
Designed exterior, interior, and body part models from initial concept to full production. and Test prototypes of designed products.
Prepared and managed engineering release processes for 3D CAD, 2D drawings, and BOM. Initiate and oversee these processes on PLM systems (Enovia).
Determined the most suitable solutions in terms of cost and technique by communicating with suppliers. Execute supplier relations and follow up on assembly during the prototype production process. Conduct technical meetings with suppliers and customers

Arobus Company

Arobus is a leading producer of superstructures for light commercial vehicles, operating in Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Projects:

Project Responsible for the MAN TGE Light Commercial Vehicle Project (March 2019 -Oct.2019)

Product Development Engineer for the Mercedes Sprinter Light Commercial Vehicle Project (Feb 2018-Mar. 2019)

Responsibilities:

Designed superstructures using CATIA V5R19, ensuring robust designs compliant with homologation standards.

Performed structural analysis using ANSYS Workbench, facilitating compliance with safety and performance tests (R14).

Supervised prototype production, ensuring alignment with design specifications, and managed the product lifecycle from concept to order fulfillment.

Produced technical documentation, including FMEA studies, design guidelines, and control plans, improving the design process and reducing risk

Makel Teknoloji Company

MAKEL specializes in the manufacturing of Chemical-Biological-Radiological-Nuclear (CBRN) Protection Systems, Auxiliary Power Units (YGU), and Air Conditioning Systems - Life Support Units (NEU). These systems include critical components such as alternators and CBRN filters, all adhering to globally recognized standards. MAKEL operates from three campuses located in Istanbul and Ankara.

Responsibilities:
Conducted 3D mechanical design using Inventor and CATIA for both R&D and production, contributing to the development of cutting-edge systems.
Managed full project lifecycles, collaborating with high-profile clients such as ASELSAN, BMC, FNSS, and NUROL, ensuring the delivery of complex projects to strict deadlines.
Coordinated with suppliers, providing clear production instructions and ensuring compliance through quality checks and supervision of the assembly process.
Oversaw final product commissioning, ensuring adherence to industry standards and quality benchmarks during installation and testing phases.

Merve Makina Company

I designed and sold this mechine when I had a Merve Makina Company.

The company specializes in the design and production of ready-made carpet machines and carpet washing machines.

Responsibilities:

Designed and developed ready-made carpet and washing machines using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, overseeing the full development lifecycle from concept to implementation.

Managed procurement operations, securing materials and components while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Supervised the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth integration of machines into production lines and meeting delivery schedules.

Produced comprehensive operation manuals and trained staff on machine usage and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and operational safety.
